Jar Love.
Totally love the strawberries in the jar on the side of the Caribou Smoothie! Thank you Caribou for inspiring me on this blah Tuesday! I think I have found my new favorite way to serve fruit! And maybe my new favorite summer drink?? That strawberry limeade smoothie is looking pretty delish!

Seriously? Really?
Seriously? They posted this? Oh man, that's so not fair. In fact that's just downright cruel! I mean, don't they know they shouldn't be tempting me because I am not supposed to be eating good stuff like this?! Sheesh!
What's even worse is it looks like it's something that even a non-baker like me could handle! Grrrr.
Because I would never begrudge someone else getting to eat a great treat like this, I'll post their recipe! You can enjoy yours while I imagine eating mine!
Peach Cobbler Dump Cake Recipe:
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Empty peaches into the bottom of one 9x13 inch pan. Cover with the dry cake mix and press down firmly. Cut butter into small pieces and place on top of cake mix. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.

Just A Little Sampling.
Seriously, I should not be left alone with my computer on Saturday mornings. I find w-a-y too many great things that I want to remember, create, bake, print, or try in blogland. Here's just a sampling of the things I came across today that I want to remember!
These cream puffs from here.
This salad from here.
5 Minute Fluffy Yogurt Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) container of Cool-Whip (light or fat free is fine)
2 (6 oz) containers of yogurt- whatever flavor you want (I used Yoplait Orange Creme)
1/2 package of mini marshmallows
Fresh, frozen, or canned fruit that compliments your yogurt flavor (I used 1 can of mandarin oranges and 1 can of pineapple tidbits for this salad)

Fresh, frozen, or canned fruit that compliments your yogurt flavor (I used 1 can of mandarin oranges and 1 can of pineapple tidbits for this salad)
Directions:
Dump your yogurt into a bowl. Fold in the container of Cool Whip. Mix well. Add marshmallows and fruit. Chill and serve!
(You could also use strawberry yogurt and add some fresh strawberries)
This subway art from here
I have quite a few graduation cards to send out this year, I am thinking instead of spending cold hard cash on cards that they'll just throw away, maybe I'm better off printing these off in card size instead. I won't feel so bad that way! Besides, it gives me extra money to put towards their gifts and who wouldn't like a better gift?!
And finally, these cookies from here.
They look sweet, but they look yummy and best of all they look easy. And when it comes to baking, I am all about easy!
And now I am hitting the shower before I go water the garden. The weather here has been so warm (and so windy!) that our garden looks like a barren desert in spite of being watered frequently. And then I think we'll take the troops out for some ice cream before we grill our dinner of hot dogs and corn on the cob! It's our city wide garage sale today too-- maybe I'll convince the fam that we should scope a few out since we're in search of a new bike for Marty.
Have a great Saturday everyone!

Keepin' My Addie Busy.
While I was trying something new and taking some time to catch up on my blog reading, I found a new craft to keep Addison busy-- how lucky am I?! THAT was without a doubt 30 minutes well spent!
