I don't know about you, but I love my crock pot. Especially during the fall and winter months. The yummy smells coming from it all day long is so inviting, so homey feeling, plus they're just so easy to use~ dump everything in in the morning and away you go. So where am I going with all this??
Well!!!! Now that we're getting into the cooler months, I have been itching to get my crock pot out. I'm ready to make pulled BBQ sandwiches, taco soup, French Dips~ you name it. But I am also ready to try some new recipes and as luck would have it, I found one without even trying. Gotta love those link parties!
So without further adieu, I share with you Crock Pot Italian Chicken via Chef In Training.
Crock Pot Italian Chicken
2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thawed or frozen)
1 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package dry italian dressing
rice or pasta cooked according to directions
Make It!
Place chicken in crock pot. Combine softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup and italian dressing and spread over chicken. Then cook on high 4-6 hours or until chicken is fully cooked. Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
I can hardly wait to make this this week!
