Audition.

I have to say way to go to Meghan. Last night she auditioned for a chorus part in the Masquers Theater production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

Several of her friends were auditioning so Meghan decided to audition too. She sang "I had a Dream" from Mama Mia!~ acapella no less~ in front of a panel of three judges.

Hard to tell if she'll get it. Not because she isn't a good singer, because she is. Meghan has a beautiful voice. In fact one of the other moms who was there for her own child got tears in her eyes when she heard Meghan sing. But 65 kids tried out and they're only taking 30. Talk about a cut throat competition! (although maybe it'll help that we knew two of the three judges??)

I'll keep everyone posted on if she makes it or not. We should hear in the next day or two as rehearsals start Monday.
